Biography

2019 (Junior)
Competed in five of six meets for the Mavericks, leading them in all five and posting three top-five finishes…was a First Team All-Summit League selection for finishing third overall at the Summit League Championship with a time of 21:19.2…was Omaha’s highest individual finish in the championship since 2012 when they also had a third-place finisher…ran a school record 6K cross country time of 21:12.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic, finishing fourth overall (Oct. 18)…had a career best 5K cross country time of 17:06.31 at the Augustana Twilight (Sept. 6)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2018 (Sophomore)
Competed in all six meets and was the team’s top finisher in each one…had Omaha’s first overall meet win at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12)…ran a career-best 6K time of 21:44.25 at the Summit League Championship, finishing ninth and earning second team All-Summit honors (Oct. 27)…had a season-best 5K time of 17:51.77 at the Joe Piane Invitational at Notre Dame (Sept. 28)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2017 (Freshman)
Ran in all six meets for the Mavericks, leading the team twice and finishing no lower than third in the others…had a season-best 6K time of 22:14.0 at the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 11)…a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.


Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and a three-year letter winner in track at Elkhorn South High School…as a senior, finished eighth overall in the state cross country meet, helping the Storm to a runner up finish…that year, also qualified for the state track meet in the 3,200 meters…as a junior, was part of a state championship cross country team while finishing fifth overall…also finished sixth in the 3,200 meters at the state track meet that year.

Born Nov. 5, 1998…daughter of Randy and Diana Johnson…has one brother, Noah…plans to major in nursing.
