A 2009 graduate of Millard South High School where she lettered in softball for three years at first base and left field...as a senior, earned all-Nebraska first-team honors, Class-A first-team all-state and all-conference...also earned National Division first-team, all-Metro Conference first-team and was the Metro coaches player of the year...was voted KPTM Fox 42 Runza Scholar Athlete of the Week and Big Sports 590 Scholar Athlete of the Week, as well as Scholar Athlete of the Month by Nebraska Doctors of Physical Therapy...her junior season she earned all-Nebraska first team honor, Class A first-team all-state, all-conference national division first team and all-Metro Conference first team...as a sophomore, earned Class A second team all-state honors, class A all-state honorable mention and all-conference national division honorable mention...earned first team all-state honors as a freshman...also lettered in basketball all four years as a forward and guard...achieved Silver Honor Roll as a freshman, earned academic all-state honors as a junior and was a member of the Gold Honor Roll all four years.
