2017 (Senior)
Competed in all six meets for the Mavericks, scoring in four…had a season-best 6K time of 22:27.3 and finished fourth on the team at the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 11)…finished a season-best second on the team at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 23)…a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

2016 (Junior)
Competed in all six meets for the Mavericks, scoring and finishing in the top three in all of them…recorded a team high finish of second at the Augustana Twilight (Sept. 2) and Summit League Championship (Oct. 29)…posted a 6K personal best time of 22:36.1 at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (Nov. 11)...a member of the Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2015 (Sophomore)
Did not compete.

2014 (Freshman)
Ran in five of seven meets for the Mavericks…had her best 6K time of 24:48.2 at the Bradley Classic (Oct. 17)…ran a season-best 5K time of 20:11.87 at the Memphis Twilight Classic (Aug. 30).

Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Waukee High School in West Des Moines…was a state qualifier in cross country all four years…was all-conference and all-region in cross country and track as a junior, helping Waukee to a State Class 4A Championship for the second straight year…was twice a member of Waukee’s state championship 4 x 800 meter relay.
