2017 (Senior)
Ran in five of six meets for UNO, scoring in two…had a season-best 6K time of 23:45.3 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 13)…a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

2016
Did not compete due to military service.

2015 (Junior)
Ran first for the Mavericks in all six meets in which she competed...finished 27th overall in the Summit League Championship with a 6K time of 23:25.90 (Oct. 31)...ran a season best 6K time of 22:03.9 at the Bradley Classic (Oct. 16)...posted a season best 5K time of 18:37.16 at the Mount Marty Invite (Oct. 24).

2014 (Sophomore)
Competed in five of seven events for the Mavericks, scoring in three of them...finished fourth for UNO and 32nd overall in the Summit League Championship with a season best 6K time of 24:07.1 (Nov. 1)...had a season best 5K time of 20:08.48 at the Mount Marty Invite (Oct. 25).

Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Columbus High School...qualified for the state meet in both cross country and track as a junior...as a freshman, was part of Columbus' school record two-mile relay team...also lettered in swimming as a senior.

Born Sept. 24, 1993...daughter of Moses and Martina Horta Garcia...has one brother, David...majoring in physical education.
