2021 (Junior) 
Appeared in all six meets, leading the Mavericks in every race... Ran a career-best 5K time of 17:37.3 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite (Sept. 18) … Ran a career-best 6K time of 23:04.2 at the Summit League Championship (Oct. 30), placing 31st overall, and landing in 13th place on the Mavericks’ all-time list. 

2019 (Freshman)
Appeared in five meets for the Mavericks, scoring in one…made her collegiate debut at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite at Nebraska with a time of 20:27.2 (Sept. 21)…had a season best 5K time of 19:53.18 at the Joe Piane Invitational at Notre Dame (Oct. 4)…put up a season best 6K time of 23:54.0 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 18)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Was a three-year letter winner in cross country and a four-year letter winner in track & field at Aurora High School...as a senior, finished seventh overall at the state class B championship cross country meet...helped the school to a runner-up finish in both the conference and district championships...as a junior, was the runner up in the district cross country championship and finished eighth overall at the state championship...helped the team to the state championship that season after a district championship and a runner-up finish in the conference...also was a part of district and conference championships as a sophomore...finished 15th overall in the state meet that season.

Born Aug. 13, 2000...daughter of Robb and Karol Nachtigal...has two sisters, Ashtyne and Brystol, and a brother, Tate...father played football for Northwestern University in Minnesota, and sister Ashtyne played volleyball for Evangel University in Missouri...majoring in kinesiology.
