2021 (Junior) 
Appeared in all six meets for the Mavericks... Ran a career-best 5K time of 19:29.1 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite (Sept. 18) … Ran a career-best 6K time of 23:43.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 15). 

2019 (Freshman)
Competed in five of six meets for the Mavericks… made her collegiate debut at the Augustana Twilight, running a 5K time of 20:46.28 (Sept. 6)…posted a season best 5K time of 20:06.22 at the Joe Piane Invitational at Notre Dame (Oct. 4)…ran a season best 6K time of 23:49.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 18)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Was a four-year letter winner at Roosevelt High School...as a senior, qualified for the state meet in cross country...also was all-state and all-conference in track & field...was an individual qualifier in the 3,200 meters...as a junior, qualified for the state championship track & field meet in the 3,200 meters, finishing sixth, and in the 4 x 800 meter relay which finished third...also qualified for the state meet in cross country.

Born Jan. 1, 2001...daughter of Matt and Michelle Howard...has five sisters:  Heather, Breianna, Madison, Stephanie and Haylea...majoring in biology with a goal of being a pediatric oncologist.
