Made 13 appearances and two starts…Threw 21.0 innings and owned a 9.43 ERA…Earned a save against WIU on May 6...Recorded 9 strikeouts...Had five scoreless outings.

As a Senior (2022) 
Made 14 total appearances, including six starts as the Maverick’s midweek opener... Tossed 23.1 innings, allowing 21 runs on 33 hits and 13 walks... Went 3.1 innings in a start at Arkansas (Mar. 2), recording four strikeouts... Struck out four batters in 2.2 innings at Creighton (May 10). 

As a Junior (2021) 
Appeared in 10 games out of the bullpen for a total of 15.2 innings... Allowed 14 hits and eight walks while recording nine strikeouts and an opposing batting average of .237... Earned one save on the season at Western Illinois (May 22), throwing four pitches in 1.0 inning... Threw a season-high 3.2 innings against Kansas (Mar. 12). 

As a Sophomore (2020)
Saw the season limited to 14 games due to COVID-19… Made three mound appearances with 3.1 innings pitched… Tossed 2.0 innings with three strikeouts at Northwestern (Feb. 14)… Finished with a 1-0 record and a 6.81 ERA… Recorded three strikeouts with seven hits, four runs and no walks allowed… Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

As a Freshman (2019)
Appeared in 21 games with two starts on the mound… Summit League Regular Season and Tournament Champion… Notched a 6.40 ERA with 32.1 innings pitched and 21 strikeouts… Registered four saves on the season with an 0-1 record… Also had two at-bats with one hit for a single-RBI March 24 against Purdue Fort Wayne… Made his first-career mound appearance Feb. 16 at USC… Tossed his first-career strikeout Feb. 17 in the win at USC… Recorded a career-high of 5.0 scoreless innings pitched at Wichita State on March 26… Notched a career-high of four strikeouts twice against South Dakota State (April 6) and against Nebraska (April 17)… Made his first-career save March 10 at Santa Clara… Followed up with saves against North Dakota State (March 17), South Dakota State (April 6) and at Oral Roberts (April 14).

First-Team All-State in baseball as a senior… State Champion in baseball and First Team All-State as a junior.. Finished state runner-up in baseball as a sophomore... State runner-up in basketball as a senior... Also had back-to-back state runner-up finishes in football as a junior and senior.

Born Feb. 13, 2000… Son of Jeff and Sherri Gordon… Father played baseball at Omaha from 1990-93… Has a brother, Tyson, and a sister, Macy… Majoring in business management and marketing… Hobbies include playing sports, video games, watching movies and hanging out at the lake.
