KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 15, 2026) - Omaha Men's Basketball has been named a recipient of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Team Academic Excellence Award. The 2025-26 Mavericks finished the academic year with a 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
The Mavericks placed five student-athletes on the NABC Honors Court, recognizing juniors, seniors and graduate students with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
