Buttermore adds three transfers to 2026 roster

OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Volleyball head coach Matt Buttermore added three transfers for the 2026 season.

Joining the Mavericks are:
· Madi Corf – OH – 5'11" – Kansas City, Mo. – Liberty (San Diego State)
· Hayden Hart – OH – 5'10" – Omaha, Neb. – Millard West (Oral Roberts)
· Maddie Stuesser – S – 5'11" – Austin, Texas – Anderson (Charlotte)

"We are excited about this group of players entering our program," Buttermore said. "They all have significant experience competing at the Division I level and directly address the needs we have in our roster entering 2026. We have added three more very competitive and capable Mavericks to our gym."

Madi Corf
Corf joins the Mavericks via San Diego State where she tallied 300 sets played. An outside hitter for the Aztecs, Corf averaged .311 blocks per set, 2.465 kills per set and 1.645 digs per set. Corf is a four-time scholar-athlete winner and a 2022 All-Mountain West Honorable Mention.

Buttermore on Corf:
"Madi is the perfect fit for this roster - having been a very successful as a passer and outside hitter for San Diego State, she will fill a spot we had a high need for going into 2026. We look forward to her adding a lot of high-level competitive experience to the leadership of our group."

Hayden Hart
Hart joins the Mavericks with a year of Summit League experience under her belt. While at Oral Roberts, Hart appeared in all but five matches her freshman season. She tallied 191 kills, 55 digs and 16 total blocks in 2025. An Omaha native, Hart is a former All-Conference first team honoree. She is ranked fifth all-time in career kills at Millard West and led the Wildcats to four straight state tournament appearances.

Buttermore on Hart:
"Hayden impressed us with her powerful attacking in Summit League play, and we were excited to bring a local player back to Omaha. Hayden has high expectations, a high touch, and will bring a lot of dynamic athleticism to our pin group."

Maddie Stuesser
Stuesser recorded 50 matches played for Charlotte. In that time, she has amassed over 1,000 assists with 498 in her freshman season and 522 in her sophomore season. She averages 6.14 assists per set. Stuesser recorded 233 digs in her two seasons with the Niners.

Buttermore on Stuesser:
"Maddie brings a lot of competitive experience from a good conference. She is a consistent locator, making her a great fit for our offense. She is driven to play at a championship level, and we will look to her to really raise the level in our gym over the next two years."
