Volleyball heads on final road trip of the season

OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Volleyball will embark on its final road trip of the regular season with a match at North Dakota on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. CT and a match at North Dakota State on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. CT.
 
The Mavericks (8-14, 5-8 Summit League) will need to be at their best at North Dakota. A win over the Fighting Hawks (7-17, 4-9) will secure their spot in the Summit League Championship. The last time these two teams met, Omaha swept North Dakota in Baxter Arena in a 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-14) win.
 
After facing off with the Fighting Hawks, the Mavs will pop over to Fargo to play North Dakota State. The Mavs lead the series 45-43 over the Bison (14-9, 8-5). When the two teams met back in October, NDSU won 3-1 after Omaha claimed the first set 25-22.
 
Both matches will air on the Summit League Network.
