SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Omaha Men's Golf senior Spencer Clatt (Gilbert, Iowa) was named the Kwik Star Summit League Peak Golfer of the Week, it was announced Thursday.

Clatt is the first Maverick of the season to earn the plaudit.

Clatt led the Mavericks with a T7 finish at this week's SIUE Dolenc Invitational with a final score of 6-under, carding rounds of 72 (+1), 67 (-4) and 68 (-3). Clatt logged a pair of eagles with one in Monday's second round on No. 18 and another on No. 3 in Tuesday's final round. His low round of the week was a 67 in Monday's second round with four birdies and an eagle.

Omaha Men's Golf closes out the fall season with the Grier Jones Shocker Invitational beginning Sunday, Oct. 5 at Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kan.
