LEADING OFF
The Mavericks wrap up their Colorado road trip on Sunday with a match at No. 20 Colorado. It marks the first ranked opponent Omaha has seen this season. The Mavericks look to rebound off a lose to a strong Northern Colorado team earlier this week before continuing a four-match road trip next week.

• Omaha fell earlier this week to Northern Colorado. The Mavericks outshot the Bears, 14-12.

Marissa Gohr each recorded two shots in the match.

Mia Reedtz Rehde Olesen made four saves.
• The Mavericks recorded back-to-back draws in last weeks action. In their first road match, Omaha held UNI scoreless and the match ended in a 0-0 tie. Olesen tallied four saves for her second clean sheet.
• Omaha returned home to host Missouri. The Tigers struck first, but
Cece Behrens netted the equalizer in the 88th minute to force a 1-1 draw with the SEC opponent.
Grace Crockett tallied the assist off her corner kick.
• Omaha earned a 1-0 win at Lindenwood with a goal from
Emilie Erland in the 76th minute. She was assisted by
Morgan Fenton who recorded her first point as a Maverick.

Ava Blum and
Emma Nylund made their career debuts vs. Missouri.
• The Mavericks opened 2022 action at home with Oklahoma State. Ostergaard found the back of the net in the 10th minute off a blocked shot from
Reagan Bourgeois. OSU went on to win 2-1.
• The Mavericks were tabbed third in the Summit League Preseason Poll for the second straight season.

Sophia Green and Ostergaard represented Omaha as Players to Watch.
• Omaha posted a 9-8-2 record last seasons. The nine wins were the most wins in a single-season since the Division I transition.
• Beginning this season, if the score at the end of regulation is 0-0, the teams will earn a draw in their record. Overtime will no longer be played in the regular season.
SCOUTING THE COLORADO BUFFALOES
The Buffaloes moved up to No. 20 in this week's United Soccer Coaches Poll. They sit at 3-0-1 overall and have outscored their opponents 15-3 in the first four matches. Colorado played to a big 2-2 draw with No. 9 BYU to close last week's action.The Buffaloes were tabbed fifth in the Pac-12 Preseason Poll in August.
BUFFALOES TO WATCH
• Shyra James as found the back of the net five times this season for Colorado and leads the team with 10 points. Of those five goals, one was the game winner. She leads the Buffaloes with 11 shots, seven of which are on target.
• Dani Hansen started three of the four matches in goal. She's made six saves and earned all three wins. Hansen has allowed only one goal and boasts a .54 GAA.
