Newton, Kan.- The Omaha women's golf team is in seventh place after two rounds at the Summit League Championship.
The Mavericks shot 321 as a team in the second round on Monday, April 25 at Sand Creek Station golf course, giving them a two-round total of 631. North Dakota State is in sixth place with a score of 622, nine strokes ahead of Omaha.
Mandi Granato leads the Mavericks with matching scores of 78(+6) in the first two rounds. The junior is in 24th place on the leaderboard with a two-round score of 156.
Jinna Boonbumroongsuk and Sydney Taake share 27th place overall with matching scores of 158 through two rounds. Boonbumroongsuk scored 81(+9) and Taake shot 80(+8) in the second round Monday.
Emma Kirvan and Mika Miyata both shot 82 in round two. Kirvan shares 30th place with a total score of 159, and Miyata sits two strokes behind her with 161.
