OMAHA, Neb. – The Mavericks completed the sweep vs. Oral Roberts Sunday afternoon downing the Eagles 2-1.
Regan Zimmers netted the game winner in the 35
th minute to clinch the win.
Omaha improves to 6-2-2 in league action.

How It Happened
- Less than a minute and a half into action, the Eagles jumped out to a 1-0 lead after Christa Van Loon fired a shot on goal. Loon's shot deflected off an Omaha defender and found the back of the net early in the first.
- Jordyn West knotted the game 1-1 in the seventh minute. Andrea Daves set up for a corner kick and sent the ball into the goal box. Sophia Green flicked the ball up to West who used one touch putting the ball low left in the net.
- Regan Zimmers connected in the 35th minute to record the game winner of Sunday's match. Zimmers received a pass and headed it into two ORU players. The ball deflected right back to her and she took a shot five yards out of the box and sent it high over the goal keeper for Omaha's second goal of the game.
- Kennedy Langbartels took a shot from midfield two seconds left on the game clock. On target, Mia Reedtz Rehde Olesen made the stop and held on to the 2-1 win for the Mavericks.
