SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The Omaha women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Missouri State at Allison South Stadium on Friday.
The Mavericks fell to 0-4-1 on the season, while the Bears moved to 4-3 overall.
The lone goal of the match came during the sixth minute.  Missouri State's Anna Durnin lofted a shot from 20-yards out that found the back of the net to put the Bears up 1-0.
The score remained 1-0 at the half, as MSU and UNO were tied in shots 4-4 in the opening 45 minutes.
In the second half, Missouri State maintained its lead and outshot Omaha 4-3.
