OMAHA, Neb. – No. 9/10 North Dakota shutout the No. 13 Omaha hockey team 3-0 on Saturday at Baxter Arena.

In the third, Johnny Simonson made it 2-0 when he scooped up a bouncing puck off the end boards and fluttered a shot over Weninger at 4:47.

Rhett Gardner added an empty net goal at 18:16 to seal the win.
