BROOKINGS, S.D. – The Omaha women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to South Dakota State on Friday evening at the Fishback Soccer Complex.
With the loss, the Mavericks dropped to 4-7-1 overall and 1-1 in Summit League play. The Jackrabbits are now 6-4-3 on the season and 2-0 in league play.
Jennie Scislow scored South Dakota State's only goal of the evening in the 80th minute when she received a through ball that split a pair of defenders and scored from just inside the box. Leah Manuleleua was credited with the assist.
