OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Athletics announced today that season tickets for the 2015-16 men's and women's basketball seasons will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, July 1 at 10 a.m. CT.

At that time, season tickets may be purchased online through OMavs.com/tix.  Tickets also may be purchased in person at the Sapp Fieldhouse ticket office or by calling (402) 554-MAVS.

“This is an exciting year for both our men's and women's basketball teams as they move into Baxter Arena, and we have seen great interest from our existing season ticket members and donors,” said Mike Amundson, Associate Athletic Director for External Operations.  “We also believe Baxter Arena will be a great draw for new fans, and we encourage everyone to act quickly to get the best available seats.”

The men's team opens the regular season on Friday, Nov. 13 when it hosts UC Santa Barbara while the women's team begins the regular season hosting Central Florida on Nov. 14 following home exhibition games on Nov. 4 and 8.
