Omaha, Neb. – Omaha swimming and diving will make a return trip to the second annual Kansas Classic, Nov. 22-24.
Omaha, USAF, Iowa State, Nebraska and Northern Iowa will compete against the Jayhawks at Capitol Federal Natatorium in Topeka, Kan. A total of 132 athletes will compete in the three-day event.
UNO competed in the Classic last season, finishing sixth with 170 total points.
Teams competing last year were Kansas, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Iowa State, and Rice.

Madeline Hutt was a leader for the Mavericks taking a fourth-place finish in the 200 breast on the second day of the Classic. Hutt enters the 2013 Kansas Classic holding two Summit League top times. The Scottsbluff, Neb., native sits at the top of the 100 breast (1:05.38 at SDSU) and 200 breast (2:18.58 at SDSU) season performance lists.
