OMAHA, Neb. -Omaha Swimming and Diving freshman
Nathan Frette (Lake Buena Vista, Fla.) and senior
Bella Price (Minot, N.D.) were named the Summit League's Kwik Star Peak Divers of the Week, it was announced Tuesday, after dominant performances against Missouri State on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 in Omaha.
Against the Bears, Frette secured the victory in the 3-meter with 339.95 points and another first-place finish on the 1-meter with 336.90 points.
Price also impressed, taking first place in the 3-meter with a total of 277.10 points, while also finishing fourth in the
1-meter with 238.60 points.
"Congrats to Bella and Nathan on being recognized as the Summit League Kwik Star Divers of the week," said Omaha diving coach Eric Sprague. "They performed with poise and made some smart changes to their lists against Missouri State. Their buy-in, purposeful training and determination has been a constant throughout the season and it's nice to see it paying off for them."
Omaha returns to action Nov. 13-15 in Carbondale Ill., competing at the A3 Invitational at Shea Natatorium.
