Box Score INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Omaha volleyball team dropped a 3-0 loss at IUPUI by set scores of 13-25, 12-25, 17-25 at The Jungle on Saturday night. The Mavericks are now 5-13 (0-3 Summit League), while the Jaguars improve to 8-11 (2-2 Summit League).

Sophomore Kelley Wollak had eight kills and two blocks for the night, while sophomore Megan Schmale totaled six kills on .545 hitting with a team-best three blocks. Sophomore Bailey Baxter had a team-leading 12 assists, and sophomore Michaela Schimmer finished with six digs.

IUPUI, which won the 2012 Summit League regular-season title, hit .369 to UNO's .062. Kelly Wachtel hit .786 with 11 kills and no errors, while Moriah Fair matched her with another 11 kills on .450 hitting. Alexis Meeks led the match with 34 assists.

Omaha returns to action on Friday, Oct. 11, hosting North Dakota State. The match is set for 7 p.m. at Sapp Fieldhouse, and fans are encouraged to wear pink to support breast cancer awareness for Susan G. Komen Night.
