OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha volleyball team hosted its second of two weekend conference contests on Saturday, falling 3-0 (24-26, 15-25, 20-25) to North Dakota State at Sapp Fieldhouse. With the loss, the Mavericks move to 5-7 (0-2 Summit League) on the season, while the Bison improve to 4-7 (1-0 Summit League).
Senior
Natalie Ebke paced UNO with eight kills, nine digs and a match-leading five service aces, while freshman
Kelley Wollak added a team-leading nine kills. Redshirt freshman
Bailey Baxter also had a strong effort, totaling six kills on .625 hitting, 24 assists and nine digs. Senior
Amy Roberts chipped in a team-best 13 digs for the night.

Amy Taylor added two blocks apiece off the bench.
As a team, the Mavericks notched seven service aces to NDSU's two.
North Dakota State, the two-time defending Summit League champion, was led by Brynn Joki's double-double on 17 kills and 15 digs. Joki hit .273 for the day and added five digs and a pair of blocks. Catherine Yager totaled a match-leading 31 assists and helped the Bison to a .280 team attack percentage, and Andrea Henning had a double-figure effort as well with 12 digs. NDSU's leader on the block was Carissa Whalen with four stops, and the Bison finished with eight total team blocks to UNO's six.
The Mavericks return to action next Friday, Sept. 21, hosting non-conference opponent Drake at Sapp Fieldhouse at 7 p.m. Omaha then travels to No. 19 Kansas State on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 3 p.m. Links to live stats and live video will be available on OMavs.com.
