“This was a good test for us today, as this can be a difficult time of the training cycle for our team,” Head Coach
Todd Samland said. “SDSU has a very good squad, and we know from competing against UNI earlier this year that they have a very good team as well.
“I was very happy with our team's performance today. We raced extremely well, and it has been a month since we raced, so it was time to get our confidence back. I am looking forward to the next two weekends of competitions; it will be fun and a great experience as we gear up for championship season in February.”
Nebraska Omaha will return to action Jan. 20-21 at the Grinnell Invite. Competition on both days begins at 9 a.m. in Grinnell, Iowa.
