Ellen Thommes followed Goeser with 10 kills for the Mavs and she had a .429 attack percentage. Sara Kampschnieder# had seven kills and led UNO with a .462 attack percentage.

Angie Reicks lead the Mavericks with 13 digs. Reicks has had 449 digs this season. Emily Myers# led the Mavs with 37 assists.
In the first set UNO took a 4-0 lead and continued the lead the entire set. Kamschnieder had a run of six serves bringing the score to 22-12.
In sets two and three the Mavericks failed to keep the lead and they had to battle with the Tigers to finish the match. FHSU led early in set two at 7-6. In the third set the Tigers took a four-point lead at 13-9 and they held the advantage until UNO went ahead for good at 17-16 off a Tiger attack error.
The Mavericks served just two aces and had 10 service errors. UNO hit .330 as a team while FHSU hit .144 in the match.
Lilian rezende led Fort Hays State with 10 kills.
