GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The University of Nebraska at Omaha swimming and diving team finished in second place behind host North Dakota at the 2007 North Central Conference Swimming and Diving Championships.
Lindsey Kline's second place finish in the 1,650 freestyle (17:44.72) highlighted the Mavericks' performances in the final day of competition at the Hyslop Swimming Pool.
The 400 freestyle relay team of
Bridgette Schram,
Lisa Wemhoff,
Jessica Hessel, and
Adrienne Losee also finished second in a time of 3:32.99.

The Mavericks will participate in the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving National Championships on Mar. 14-17 in Buffalo, N.Y.
