2018-19 (Freshman)
Indoors, had a lifetime best time of 3:14.19 in the 1,000 meters at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 12)…put up a personal best time of 5:27.02 in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 19)…ran a lifetime best 3,000 meter time of 10:33.64 at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 23)…had a lifetime best 5,000 meter time of 18:43.77 at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 9)…outdoors, ran a lifetime best of 4:50.72 in the 1,500 meters at the Nebraska Invitational (May 4)…ran three straight lifetime bests in the 5,000 meters including a time of 17:32.70 at the Summit League Championships (May 10)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Was a three-year letter winner in cross country at AHSTW High School in Avoca, Iowa...also lettered in track & field as a senior...as a senior in 2017-18, placed third in the conference cross country meet and 15th at the state meet and was academic all-conference for the second straight year...competed in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters in the state track meet and again was academic all-conference.

Born Oct. 28, 1999...daughter of Zach Hall and Mindy Nelson...has a brother, Zeb, and a sister, Halle...majoring in biology.
