Dani Dobbs is entering her first year as an assistant coach at Omaha.
Dobbs spent four seasons at St. Gregory’s University (Okla.). She served as an assistant coach under current UNO head coach DJ Sanchez for three years before taking over as the Cavaliers head coach for the 2016-17 season. SGU finished the 2017 season with a 27-15 record.
Dobbs earned her master’s degree in Secondary Ed Sports Administration from East Central University in 2016.
Dobbs played collegiately at the University of Oklahoma from 2008 to 2011. During her time at OU, she was a member of two Big 12 championship teams and finished her career with a trip to the Women’s College World Series.
