Named NCHC Academic All-Conference and an NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (March 4).

2019-20 (Freshman) - Game-By-Game Statistics
Scored his first collegiate goal (Omaha’s first goal of the season) in his collegiate debut against Alabama Huntsville (Oct. 11)...had his first collegiate assist against Alabama Huntsville (Oct. 12)...had a goal against Wisconsin (Nov. 9)...had an empty-net goal at Western Michigan (Nov. 16)...named an AHCA All-American Scholar (July 21)...was named NCHC Academic All-Conference and a Distinguished Scholar Athlete (July 22).

Put up nine goals and 13 assists for 22 points in 45 games for Madison (USHL) in 2018-19...also had 34 penalty minutes...finished the season with Sioux City (USHL), scoring five goals and earning three assists for eight points in 17 games...also had two penalty minutes...in 2017-18, played 58 games for Brookings (NAHL), scoring 27 goals and earning 31 assists for 58 points along with 50 penalty minutes.

Born Oct. 7, 1999 in Okinawa, Japan...son of Dave and Valeri Boyer...he and wife, McKinley, were married in the summer of 2020...has two sisters, Nicole Christy and Lauren McAdams, and four brothers, Kevin, Jonathan, Joseph and Benjamin...brother Jonathan played baseball for Missouri Baptist...majoring in business administration.
