Did not appear in any games...was named a WCHA Scholar-Athlete for the second straight year on Feb. 9...named to the All-WCHA Academic Team on March 8.

Appeared in two games and did not earn a decision, finishing with a 3.27 goals-against avearage and a .895 save percentage...played 20 minutes and made five saves in an exhibition game vs. British Columbia on Oct. 2...made his collegiate debut on Oct. 23 in relief, playing 36:20 and allowing three goals on 17 shots at Michigan...played 37:06 of relief on Feb. 26 against Denver making 20 saves and allowing one goal...was named a WCHA Scholar-Athlete and named to the All-WCHA Academic Team.

Was a redshirt during the 2009-10 season.

Split the 2008-09 season between Des Moines (USHL) and Owatonna (NAHL)…appeared in ten games for the Buccaneers…finished the regular season with Owatonna posting a 2.56 GAA and a .916 save percentage…had a 2.51 GAA and .925 sv% during the playoffs.
