Brasel joined the Omaha Hockey staff during the 2017 season where his primary duties were recruiting video and postgame video breakdown. Since then, Brasel has had his role elevated into Hockey Operations Intern where his primary duties are planning road trip logistics, scheduling team meals, helping direct donor events and meetings, head of in-game video breakdown and live tagging, and any day-to-day tasks that may arise.
Brasel Graduated from UNO in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in marketing and is currently working towards his Masters's Degree in business administration.
