Biography

2001-2002 (Freshman):
Played in 36 games and was second among freshmen in points with 5-5-10...One of his biggest goals of the season was a game-tying goal at Northern Michigan on Jan. 5 that earned the Mavericks a tie...His one power play goal of the year came in game two of the CCHA Playoffs against Notre Dame on Mar. 9....Six of his 10 points came during CCHA play.

Prior to UNO:
Spent the 2000-2001 campaign with the South Surrey Eagles of the British Columbia Hockey League...Scored 34-40-74 in 51 games, including eight power play goals and five game-winning goals...He was awarded the most sportsmanlike team award and also was given the fan favorite team award...In 1999-2000, he recorded 15 goals and 24 assists in 59 games for the Eagles.

Born May 3, 1982, the son of Tony and Louise Adams...Graduated from Argyle Secondary School...Has one sister, Julia, who plays field hockey at Michigan State University...Hobbies include music, snowboarding and golf...Lettered in rugby and basketball in high school...Majoring in business at UNO...Nickname is “Tony”.
