Caleb Brandon joined the Omaha men's basketball staff in August 2021 as the Director of Operations.
Brandon returns to Omaha following a year long stint at York College as a graduate assistant for the men’s basketball team. While at York, he was responsible for coaching the developmental team, assisting the varsity team, organizing travel, and recruiting players.
During his time with Omaha, Brandon assumed two roles with the men’s basketball program. From December 2019 to April 2020, he served as a volunteer assistant director of basketball operations. He assisted the program with organizing travel and meals, managing game and practice film, and monitored student managers.
Brandon also served as a student manager from August 2018 to December 2019 with the Mavericks. He helped edit practice and game film, assured all equipment was ready for use, and assisted with the summer basketball camps.
Brandon was a 2019 graduate at Omaha with a bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies with a concentration in business. He is currently working toward his master’s degree in global and organizational leadership at York.
