As a Junior (2021) 
Started 13 games on the mound, totaling 79.2 innings pitched... Held opposing hitters to a team-best average of .239, good for fourth in the Summit League among starters... Led the Mavericks in strikeouts with 68, also fourth in the League... Allowed an average of 4.52 earned runs, good for third on the team and eighth among Summit League pitchers... Tied his career high in innings pitched with eight-full in a game at North Dakota State (May 27), and set a career-low for walks allowed when he didn’t issue a free pass in seven innings against Western Illinois (May 30) … Earned Summit League Pitcher of the Week honors (Apr. 5) after a six-inning, two-hit, scoreless outing against North Dakota State (Apr. 3). 

As a Sophomore (2020)
Saw season limited to 14 games due to COVID-19….. Made four starts with 21.2 innings itched… Totaled a 2.49 ERA with 16 hits, 10 runs, six earned and 10 walks allowed… Tossed 8.0 shutout innings against Chicago State with five strikeouts… Registered a career-high nine strikeouts on 6.0 shutout innings against Creighton (March 7)… Named Summit League Pitcher of the Week for his performance against Creighton… Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

As a Freshman (2019)
Totaled 10 mound appearances with two starts… Summit League Regular Season and Tournament Champion… Went 0-2 with a 9.56 ERA… Recorded 16.0 innings pitched with nine strikeouts… Had a career-high of two strikeouts four times… Tossed 3.0 innings at Seattle on Feb .23, 2019... Named to The Summit League Academic Honor Roll. 

Edina High School
Two-year letterwinner for Coach Carter Freeman at Edina High School... Earned a 2018 conference championship as a senior... Two-time All-Section 2AAA Tournament Team and All Lake Conference honoree... Helped his team to a fourth place finish at the 2018 American Legion Division I Minnesota State Tournament... Earned 2018 American Legion South Hennepin League Most Valuable Player honors... Tallied a 6-0 record with six starts on eight appearances through 39.0 innings pitched, a 1.25 ERA and 46 strikeouts as a senior... Recorded an 8-0 record in nine appearances and eight starts for the 2018 Edina American Legion team under head coach Gene Larkin... Totaled 85 strikeouts with a 0.53 ERA and held opponents to a 0.155 batting average in American Legion ball as a senior... Threw 36.2 innings with a 1.53 ERA over 16 appearances as a junior.... Went 4-0 on the mound with a 0.48 ERA over 29 innings, holding opponents to a .128 average in American Legion ball.... Also helped his Legion team qualify for a state tournament... Also played for the Minnesota Starters for Coach Andy Judkins and the Cangelosi Sparks for Coach Tyler Thompson... Named to the 2017 WWBA Kernels Foundation Championship All-Tournament Team and was a 2018 Rawlings All-America Honorable Mention.

Born July 12, 1999… Son of Richard and Karen Holetz… Has a brother, Anthony, and two sisters, Laura and Sarah… Majoring in business... Hobbies include playing hockey, golf, fishing and spending time with his family.
