2018-19 (Senior):
Played in all 31 rounds and was third in team scoring with a stroke average of 75.8, a career best…led the Mavericks in scoring at the Ram Masters Invitational with a score of 222 (Sept. 17-18)…shot a career-best 54-hole score of 219 at the GCU Invitational (March 15-16)…twice shot a season-best 18-hole score of 70 – at the Ram Masters Invitational (Sept. 17); and the GCU Invitational (March 15)…tied for third in team scoring at the Summit League Championship with a score of 226 (April 28-29)...named to Summit League All-Academic Team (May 22)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2017-18 (Junior)
Played in 27 rounds and posted a scoring average of 76.6…tied for the top round of the season by a UNO golfer with a score of 68 at the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate ((Oct. 23)…had his best finish relative to par, shooting scores of four-over-par 217 twice – at the UNO Invitational (Sept. 1-2); and at the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate (Oct. 22-24)…led the team in scoring in three tournaments…finished fifth in scoring for the Mavericks at the Summit League Championship with a score of 244...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Played two seasons at Dodge City Community College…in 2016-17, helped the Conquistadors to a No. 1 ranking in the NJCAA Division I for the first time in school history...was part of a team that finished eighth at the national tournament…shot a career-low score of 66 during the season and posted a scoring average of 74.85 for 26 rounds…lettered for four years at Maize South High School…helped the team to runner up finishes at the 5A state championship as both a junior and a senior.

Born Oct. 2, 1996 in Houston, Texas…son of Nancy Thimmesch and stepson of Charles Thimmesch…has two sisters, Cooper and Carli Christain…majoring in biology.
