Played at Omaha Westside from 2007-10...as a junior in 2009, was part of the Warriors' team that went 16-5 and qualified for the Class A state tournament...as a senior in 2010, served as captain and led the Warriors to an 11-9 record and another appearance in the state tournament, where they lost to eventual state champion Lincoln East in the first round...was an honor roll member and received a letter in academics...played club soccer with OFC Elite, helping the team to the state semifinals in 2009 and the state finals in 2011.

Born July 12, 1992...son of Roland and Mindi Treu...has one brother, Mitch, and one sister, Cara...father played three years at Wisconsin-Milwaukee and made it to the NCAA Tournament...brother played three years at Hastings College...majoring in exercise science...last name pronounced "Troy."
