Junior (2017)
Played in 16 games this season, making 14 starts... logged a total of 1130 minutes played, and recorded a game-high 110 minutes in a scoreless draw at North Dakota (Sept. 1)…tallied eight points on the season accumulating three goals and two assists…also had a team-high 23 shots...scored a brace on four shots in the win on Oct. 29 against South Dakota.

Sophomore (2016)
Played in 19 games with 18 starts…had a career-high seven points on a goal and team-best five assists…logged a career-best 1476 minutes and 35 shots (11 on goal)…had two assists against Kansas State on Sept. 4…added an assist vs. Dayton on Sept. 11…scored her first collegiate and game-winning goal against Oral Roberts on Oct. 7…had a pair of assists vs. Fort Wayne on Oct. 9…took a season-high four shots against Fort Wayne and Denver (Oct. 30)…twice played 110 minutes (Eastern Washington and at IUPUI).

Freshman(2015)
Appeared in 18 matches and made 16 starts in the midfield…made her first collegiate start in the season opener at Iowa on Aug. 23…registered her first career shot against Northern Illinois on Aug. 30….had her first career point against Fort Wayne on Oct. 11…played in a total of 1,226 minutes.

Bellevue West High School
Was a four-year varsity starter at Bellevue West High School under head coach Gauthier Scherlizin…holds the Bellevue West school record for most goals, assists, and points in a career…selected to play in the Nebraska Shrine soccer game…as a senior for the Thunderbirds scored 27 goals and had 14 assists…led the state of Nebraska in goals and assists…was a major factor in leading Bellevue West to its second state tournament berth in three years…earned First Team All-Nebraska and Super-State honors…as a junior led the Thunderbirds in goals and assists…earned second team All-State honors….in her sophomore campaign, led the team in goals and assists…played in the Nebraska State Tournament…earned second team All-State honors…only freshman to start for Bellevue West…led the team in goals and assists…played club soccer for Andy Benkis at OFC 96/97 Elite…won four state cup titles.

Born on Dec. 12 in Bellevue, Neb….daughter of Ray and Michele Romero…has two brothers, Jacob and Adam, and a sister, Allison…majoring in business administration.
