•Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll (2013-14)

As a Senior (2013-14)
Competed in all 14 meets as a senior...Raced in the 50 free, 100 fly and 100 free at the Summit League Championships...Named to the Summit League's Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll,  Distinguished Scholars List and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

As a Junior (2012-13)
Competed in 17 events as a junior…Had a season-best swims at the Mutual of Omaha Invite in the 200 fly (2.33.98) and at the Summit League Championships in the 50 free (27.27) and 100 free (1:00.67).

As a Sophomore (2011-12)
Competed in 12 meets as a sophomore...Made her first appearance of the season in the 200 free (2:23.26) at Nebraska...Posted two season-best marks at the Mutual of Omaha Invite in the 100 back (1:13.90) and the 100 free (1:03.60)...Finished with her top 100 fly mark of the year against South Dakota (1:09.37)...Capped the year at the New South Championships with a season-best 29.54 in the 50 free.

Freshman (2010-11)
Recorded a season best in the 100 breast (1:08.08) at the Midwestern Collegiate Championships...Clocked bests in the 100 fly (1:04.01) and the 400 IM (4:54.06) at the Midwestern Collegiate Championships.

Grand Island Senior High
Four-year letterwinner...Qualified for the state meet all four years...Finished in the top 12 at the conference meet her sophomore and junior years...Honored with the Teammate Award as a sophomore and the Hard Worker Award as a senior...Graduated first in her class...Member of National Honor Society...Four-year academic letterwinner and NSAA Academic Athlete...Also swam for the YMCA Quicksilver club team...Served as captain for the team beginning in 2004...Awarded the Leadership Award in 2003-04, 2005-06 and 2007-08.

Born March 30, 1992 in Portland, Ore....Daughter of Dave and Robin Mettenbrink...Has one brother, Brian and one sister, Danielle...Member of the UNO Dean's List...Graduated with her bachelor's degree in psychology in Spring 2014.
