Redshirted in his first year at UNO after transferring from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. 

Before UNO
Played two seasons at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College before transferring to UNO...was the 83rd-ranked singles player in the nation by the NJCAA last season... at Ocean Springs High School in Mississippi, was a mixed doubles state semifinalist as a senior and a doubles state qualifier as a junior...as a sophomore, qualified for the state tournament in singles.
