OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha Men's Soccer ended the night with a draw against FIU.
The Mavericks (1-0-1) took eight shots with three on-goal compared to FIU's (0-1-1) 10 on-goal and five on-target.
Senior goalkeeper Kamy Ndione (Osaka, Japan) tied his career-high with five saves on the night.
Junior forward Maguire Perkins (Gretna, Neb.) and freshman forward Jamal Lacoursiere (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) led the Mavs with two shots apiece. Perkins was the closest to the goal with both of his shots being on-goal.
The Mavericks are back at home on Thursday, Aug. 27 to face Bradley at 7 p.m. CT at Caniglia Field. The game will be a whiteout. Tickets are available now at OMavs.com/Tickets.
