Houston, Tex. - The Omaha Mavericks fall 4-1 to the Houston Christian Huskies during the Sunday night match. The Mavericks had an early one goal lead but it wasn't enough to outlast the Huskies.
The Mavericks now hold a 0-2-0 overall record on the season.
How It Happened
» Sunday's match started out quick for the Mavericks. Omaha took an early 1-0 lead just four minutes into the match.

Sokol Ymeraj took a shot from outside the box, planting it in the high right side of the goal. Marking his second goal of the season.

Nathanael Sallah was called for a red card in the 16' minute. Subbing in for Sallah was
Lute Lillo Portero.
» In the 24th minute HCU's Ryan Okerayi took a low left shot to score the equalizer.

Gonzalo Cuevas was able to get a shot on goal before the Huskies brought it back to the Maverick's defensive end.
» Lillo Portero made a save low center but was faced with another shot right after that was ultimately the go-ahead goal for the Huskies.
» The Mavericks made 11 shots, with four on goal in the second half.
» HCU's D'Alessandro Herrera shot low center for the 2-1 lead.
» Mathis Pilon St.-Louis was called for a foul in the box ultimately leading to a penalty kick for the HCU.
» D'Alessandro Herrera score on the PK and extended the Husky lead to 3-1.
» With only 13 seconds left in the match HCU's Thomas Wyke shot low right to finish the match 4-1.
