Omaha, Neb.-- The Mavericks and the Utah Tech Trailblazers played to a 0-0 draw on Sunday. Emma Konsmo made four saves in the tie. 

Omaha's record moves to 1-0-1. 

How it Happened 

• The Mavericks threatened to score early in the match, with a fourth minute shot from Grace Ostergaard that was saved by the Utah Tech keeper, Brianna Frey. 

• Sophia Green fired another shot off in the 15th minute, but it was saved by Frey. 

• Emma Konsmo made a great stop in the 25th minute for her first save of the game. Konsmo parried away two more chances in the 36th and 45th minutes for three saves in the first half. 

• Omaha had two good looks on goal early in the second half. Sophia Green missed high in the 48th minute and rang another shot off the post in the 50th. 

• The Mavericks continued to add pressure, firing off shots in the 63rd, 64th, and 66th minutes. All were thwarted by the Utah Tech defense. 

• A yellow card called on the Trailblazers in the 84th minute gave Omaha its last good chance for a goal. Grace Bartlam fired a shot at goal, but Frey was there with the save for Utah Tech. 

• The Mavericks allowed just one shot on goal in the second half and allowed no shots after the 67th minute. 

Inside the Box 

• Ostergaard led Omaha with two shots on goal. Bartlam and Green also put a shot on target. 

• Green led the Mavericks with five total shot attempts. 

• Emma Konsmo made four saves over 90 minutes to earn her second shutout of the season. 

• Omaha outshot Utah Tech 10-8. The teams were even with four shots on goal each. 

• Omaha took 6 corner kicks to Utah Tech's 5.
