In conference play, she cracked the top 25 in hitting percentage (.206), kills (168), kills/set (2.55), digs (207), digs/set (3.14) and points (194). In 2023, Fairbanks racked up 10 double-digit kills matches and eight double-doubles, both career highs. She was also the only Maverick this year to top 20 kills and 20 digs in one match with her career-high 20 kills and 23 digs at Kansas City.

Hardt quickly established herself as one of the league's top freshman and all-around offensive players. She ended the regular season in the top 20 in hitting percentage (.255), kills (157), kills/set (2.66), and points (175.5). Overall, Hardt finished her rookie season with 238 kills and 13 double-digit kill performances, as well as 58 total blocks.

As for Huss, the two-time Defensive Peak Performer of the Week saw her playtime dramatically increase once league play began. She went on to lead the entire Summit in blocks/set with 1.50, while recording the sixth most total blocks at 66. Huss was the only Maverick this year to have at least 10 blocks in a match, doing so twice with 11 blocks vs. North Dakota and 10 at Kansas City.
