The No. 3 Omaha Mavericks have their sights set for the title of Summit League Tournament Champions. After an upset over No. 2 Oral Roberts in a 1-0 shutout Thursday night, the Mavericks are tabbed to play the Kansas City Roos in the title game on Saturday.

Quick Kicks
• The Mavericks improved to 7-6-4 overall record, following the shutout over the Golden Eagles.

Nathanael Sallah has recorded a .774 save percentage while only 1.20 goals against. On the season, Sallah tied his career high seven saves against Oral Roberts last weekend, boosting him to 48 saves on the season. His shutout last night boosts him to five this year.
Mavericks in the Postseason
The last time Omaha made it to the final round of the Summit League tournament was 2019. when they fell 1-0 to Denver. Last season, the Mavericks came up short 1-0 to Denver in the semifinals. The only conference tournament title the program has won came in 2017 after a PK shootout over Denver. This will be the fifth time since 2015 the Mavericks have made the championship game.
Scouting the Kansas City Roos.
The Kansas City Roos are 4-7-6 overall on the season, and went 2-3-3 in Summit League play. The Roos have scored only 20 goals (1.18 per game), while allowing 26 (1.53 per match) from their opponents. KC trails in just about every stat category, including their shot percentage of .098 compared to opponents' .127.
Roos to Watch
• Julien Le Bourdoulous leads their team with 12 points and six assists. By a margin of 27, he paces the Roos with 50 shots. Additionally he tied for first for his three goals.
