SCOUTING THE CREIGHTON BLUEJAYS
Creighton is 2-1-2 heading into the week. The Bluejays posted back-to-back ies vs. Stanford (1-1) and San Diego State (2-2). Their lone loss of the year was to Saint Louis back on Sept. 2. Prior to the loss, Creighton outscored its first two opponents 12-1. The Bluejays earned a 6-0 win vs. Oakland in their home opener and then downed Rutgers 6-1 earned a brief ranking as No. 7 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. Creighton continues to earn votes in the poll.
BLUEJAYS TO WATCH
• Duncan McGuire leads the Jays with 12 points on five goals and two assists. McGuire opened the year with a hat trick vs. Oakland. He tallied five points in the match with an assist. He followed that up with another pair of goals vs. Rutgers.
• Giorgio Probo leads Creighton with four assists this season. He tallied one in the opener vs. Oakland. He recorded a goal and three assists vs. Rutgers for a five-point performance.
• In goal, Paul Kruse has played five matches and holds a 2-1-2 record. He's made nine saves and has a 1.56 GAA.
