Field Set for 2021 Summit League Baseball Championship

OMAHA, Neb. - The field has been set for next week's 2021 Summit League Baseball Championship, the league office announced Saturday. No. 3-seeded Omaha is set to compete in the tournament, May 27-29 at Tal Anderson Field in Omaha. The tournament champion advances to the NCAA Tournament with the league's automatic bid.
 
Tickets for next week's tournament are available at OMavs.com/tix, with day passes available for $10.
 
The Mavericks will face second-seeded North Dakota State on Thursday, May 27 at 6 p.m. Oral Roberts secured the No. 1 seed and will take on No. 4 seed South Dakota State on Thursday in the first game at 1 p.m.
 
The losers of Thursday's games will meet in an elimination game on Friday at 11 a.m. while the two winners will play at 3 p.m. on Friday for a berth in Saturday's championship game.
 
All games of the Summit League Baseball Championship will be broadcast live on Midco Sports Network and streamed on Midco Sports Plus.

Thursday, May 27
Game One: No. 1 Oral Roberts vs. No. 4 South Dakota State, 1 p.m.
Game Two: No. 2 North Dakota State vs. No. 3 Omaha, 6 p.m.
 
Friday, May 28
Game Three: G1 Loser vs. G2 Loser, 11 a.m.
Game Four: G1 Winner vs. G2 Winner, 3 p.m.
Game Five: G3 Winner vs. G4 Loser, 7 p.m.
 
Saturday, May 29
Game Six: G4 Winner vs. G5 Winner, 2 p.m.
Game Seven (If Necessary): 6 p.m.
