Follow The Game
The Omaha women's basketball team continues it's five-game road trip close to home with a Saturday contest against Creighton, the game is set to tipoff at 1 p.m. The Mavericks are coming off a 65-38 loss in their season opener against No. 12 Iowa State, while the Bluejays also opened with a loss on the road against Drake.
The game will be broadcast on Flo Sports while Jon Schriner will have the radio call on 1180 The Zone, entering his third season as the voice of Omaha women's basketball. Links to live stats, audio and video are available on OMavs.com.

- The Mavericks opened the season last Tuesday with a 65-38 loss to the 12th ranked Iowa State Cyclones. It was the second straight season opener for Omaha on the road against a ranked Cyclone team.

Scouting the Creighton Bluejays
The Bluejays dropped their season opener on the road to Drake, 79-82. Morgan Maly led Creighton with 15 points on 5-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc. Sophomore's Mallory Brake and Emma Ronsiek also chipped in 12 points apiece. Creighton was picked sixth in the Big East Preseason poll and return 10 Bluejays from last year's 10-12 squad.
All-Time Against Creighton
Saturday marks the 23rd meeting between Omaha and Creighton, with the Bluejays leading the all-time series 14-8. The Bluejays won the most recent contest between the two teams 67-54 at Baxter Arena (11/5/19).
