The Omaha women's basketball team travels to Illinois State for a non-conference road game on Thursday afternoon. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. at Redbird Arena in Normal, Ill.

Scouting the Illinois State Redbirds
Illinois State is 2-0 (0-0 MVC) on the season after routing Saint Xavier and Western Illinois to start the year. Mary Crompton is scoring 17 points per game while shooting 75 percent from three-point range to lead the Redbirds. Illinois State has four other players scoring in double-figures while Lexy Koudelka is adding eight points and six boards per game in two starts.
