MORAGA, Calif. – The Omaha men's soccer team wrapped up its season-opening weekend with a 4-0 setback at No. 11 Saint Mary's on Monday afternoon at Saint Mary's Stadium in Moraga, Calif.
Omaha falls to 0-2 while the Gaels improve to 2-0 on the season.

How It Happened
- Sebastian Schacht's shot was initially stopped by Omaha's Ugo Tritz, but was bobbled by the Maverick goalkeeper and fell into the goal in the 23rd minute.
- Seth Rinderknecht almost tied the match in the 56th minute, flicking a header towards net that was stuffed by the diving SMC keeper.
- The Gaels doubled their lead in the 61st minute before adding a third goal five minutes later on a throw in deflected off an Omaha defender.
- Saint Mary's scored its final goal in the 81st minute to clinch the 4-0 victory.
