OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha continues Summit League play with a trip to North Dakota for a three-game series against North Dakota State. The Mavericks and Bison will play a 2 p.m. doubleheader on Friday, April 26, and an 11 a.m. single-game on Saturday at Tharaldson Park. Links to live stats will be available on OMavs.com.

• The 2019 campaign marks the 50th season for the Omaha softball program with the Mavericks owning a 67.1 winning percentage as a program.
• The Mavericks picked up their 1,500th win – a 7-6 victory over Saint Francis in 11 innings – last season. In the program's history, UNO owns a 1516-776-5 overall record.
• The Mavericks dropped a 13-6 decision in eight innings to Iowa State on Wednesday at Westside Field at Westbrook.

Lauren Lauvetz finished 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three RBI to lead the Mavericks, while
Jamie White was 3-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and two RBI.

Lexi Burkhardt are tied for the team lead with a .258 average. White has three doubles, three home runs, and 15 RBI, while Burkhardt has seven doubles and seven RBI.
• Dargy, Sedlak and White are tied for the team lead with three home runs, while White and
Janae Cameron leads the team with 15 RBI.

Natalie Mostek leads the team with six stolen bases.

Sydney Hampton has a team-low 5.55 ERA in 94.2 innings. Hampton is 1-15 with a save and 58 strikeouts in 31 appearances.

Ryanne Millington is 2-11 with a 6.81 ERA and 28 strikeouts in 96.2 innings.

Halley Jones has made 23 appearances with a 1-11 record and 35 strikeouts.

Natalie Mostek and sophomore
Sydney Hampton were recognized as Players to Watch in the Summit League.
• This season's roster is comprised of 12 returning letterwinners, including seven upperclassmen, and 10 newcomers.
Scouting the North Dakota State Bison
North Dakota State is 33-12 overall and 11-1 in Summit League play. The Bison have won three straight and 23 out of their last 24 games.
Katie Shoultz leads North Dakota State with a .400 batting average and 22 stolen bases. Maddie Hansen is hitting .325 with eight doubles, nine home runs, and 37 RBI. Hansen also has a .610 slugging percentage this season.
Four players have seen time in the circle this season for the Bison. KK Leddy is 18-7 with three saves. Leddy owns a 1.98 ERA with 152 strikeouts in 159.1 innings. Paige Vargas is 12-4 with a 3.44 ERA and 83 strikeouts.

The Mavericks wrap up the regular season with a three-game series against Western Illinois. The Mavericks and Fighting Leathernecks play a doubleheader on Saturday, May 4, starting at noon. The two teams finish the series with a single game on Sunday, May 5, at 11 a.m.
Between games on Saturday, Omaha will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the softball program by recognizing former players between games. Sunday serves as the Mavericks senior game.
