• The 2019 campaign marks the 50th season for the Omaha softball program with the Mavericks owning a 67.1 winning percentage as a program.
• The Mavericks picked up their 1,500th win – a 7-6 victory over Saint Francis in 11 innings – last season. In the program's history, UNO owns a 1516-775-5 overall record.
• The Mavericks dropped a 5-2 contest last Wednesday to Creighton at Westside Field at Westbrook.

Alexa Sedlak went 2-for-3 with a run scored to lead the Mavericks.
Jamie White had a pair of hits, while
Lexi Burkhardt had a hit and a run scored.
• The Mavericks are 4-36 overall and 2-10 in Summit League action.
• Wednesday is the 14th all-time meeting between Omaha and Iowa State with the Cyclones holding an 8-5 advantage. In the Division I era, UNO leads the series 3-1.
• Last time out, Omaha lost a 6-5 decision to Iowa State at the Woo Pig Classic in Fayetteville, Ark., on March 17, 2018.
• For the season, Burkhardt, Sedlak and
Emma Dargy are the Mavericks' top three hitters. Dargy leads the team with a .262 average and eight doubles.
• Dargy, Sedlak and White are tied for the team lead with three home runs, while
Janae Cameron leads the team with 15 RBI.
• Sedlak is hitting .260 with three homers, four stolen bases and 25 RBI.

Natalie Mostek leads the team with six stolen bases.

Sydney Hampton has a team-low 5.55 ERA in 94.2 innings. Hampton is 1-15 with a save and 58 strikeouts in 31 appearances.

Ryanne Millington is 2-11 with a 6.63 ERA and 28 strikeouts in 94.0 innings.

Halley Jones has made 22 appearances with a 1-10 record, 6.81 ERA and 34 strikeouts.

Scouting the Iowa State Cyclones
Iowa State is 27-18 on the season with a 4-8 mark in the Big 12. The Cyclones enter the week on a four-game winning streak after sweeping a weekend series at Baylor. ISU is 23-10 in non-conference action.
Sami Williams leads Iowa State in several offensive categories this year. Williams has 16 doubles, three triples, 11 home runs, 28 RBI and eight stolen bases. Her slash line is .380/.435/.733 with a 1.168 on-base plus percentage. Kaylee Bosworth is hitting .333 with a team-high 29 RBI.
Five players have seen time in the circle this season for the Cyclones. Shannon Mortimer is 6-4 with 37 strikeouts and a team-low 2.51 ERA. Emma Hylen leads the team with 13 wins and three saves in 27 appearances. Hylen also has a 2.78 ERA and 81 strikeouts in 120.2 innings.
